Male Bartender

Organizing the bar work and ensuring a smooth process
Supervision of the bar team, distribution of work and quality control
Preparation and presentation of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) according to standards
Serving guests and taking care of their comfort in the restaurant
Recommending spirits and cocktails to guests
Controlling product balances, carrying out inventories
Forming orders for suppliers and planning supplies
Working in the Micros Symphony program
Ensuring order, hygiene and quality standards in the bar
Cooperation with the kitchen and hall team
Working on a rolling schedule, in shifts

Experience as a bartender, leadership experience is an advantage
Ability to organize bar work and manage processes
Experience working with the Micros Symphony program
Responsibility, diligence and high work culture
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and solve problems
Knowledge of hygiene and occupational safety requirements
