I will organize and coordinate the work of general practice nurses in the clinic.
You will ensure the provision of high-quality and safe nursing services in accordance with applicable legal acts and medical standards.
You will perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures prescribed by doctors and provide necessary medical assistance within the limits of your competence.
I will consult patients in accordance with applicable legal acts and ensure continuity of their care.
You will monitor compliance with infection control requirements and coordinate preparation for audits.
I will plan the need for medical devices and medications, organize their orders and ensure stock control.
You will take care of the maintenance of medical equipment, resolve technical failures and cooperate with external service providers.
I will coordinate administrative processes: prepare necessary reports, monitor documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
I will organize the assessment of the nursing team's competencies, initiate training and contribute to the professional growth of employees.
You will participate in the implementation of preventive programs, regional meetings and ensure effective dissemination of information in the clinic.
You will contribute to the smooth organization of the clinic's work and continuous improvement of the quality of services.

You have acquired the qualification of a general practice nurse.
You have a valid general practice nurse license.
You are well-versed in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and medical norms regulating the activities of a general practice nurse.
You are able to plan work, make decisions and organize team activities.
You are responsible, proactive, empathetic and focused on the quality of patient service.
You know how to work in a team, communicate effectively and solve everyday situations.
You are able to work with medical documentation and information systems.
