Senior general practice nurse

We are looking for a competent general practice nurse who would like to join an innovative and goal-oriented friendly team.

Providing nursing services in the patient's home (independent activities and carrying out doctor's appointments (assessment of the patient's health status, planning of nursing services and/or procedures, consulting, cooperation with other team members, etc.);

JOB CHARACTERISTICS

Filling in medical documentation in e-systems;

Maintaining communication with other team members: nursing assistant, physiotherapist, psychologist, doctor;

Valid license of a general practice nurse;

Ability to plan your own working hours;

Ability to work full-time;

Ability to work both individually and in a team;

Responsibility, empathy, rational decision-making, flexibility;

Driver's license category B;

Own car;

Certificate of completion of palliative care courses - would be an advantage.

10-15 €/hour gross
Payment is made for the time actually worked according to a pre-agreed schedule.
