Senior general practice nurse at the Center for Innovative Dermatology

In this team you will:

• organize and coordinate the daily work of general practice nurses and nurse assistants
• administer and create work schedules, ensure smooth planning and effective distribution of the nursing team's work, assisting dermatologists and performing procedures on patients
• supervise the quality of nurses' work, compliance with processes and ensure a high standard of patient service
• coordinate smooth management of patient flows and occupancy of procedure rooms
• organize the introduction, training and adaptation of newly employed nurses to the team
• ensure proper completion, administration and control of medical documentation in accordance with applicable requirements
• supervise and ensure accounting and orders for medical devices, medications and work tools
• ensure the preparation of procedure rooms, equipment and work tools and compliance with hygiene requirements
• assist dermatologists with procedures during
• you will organize the processes of performing laboratory tests and perform laboratory tests
• you will ensure high-quality preparation of patients for procedures and their care before and after procedures
• you will provide professional, warm and attentive patient service
• you will collaborate with doctors, the administration team and other specialists to ensure smooth clinic operations
• you will participate in improving internal processes, quality assurance initiatives and improving clinic operations
• after training and practice, if necessary and with the aim of expanding your competencies, you will be able to perform independent therapeutic facial and aesthetic body procedures

2800-3200 €/mon. gross
Salary is discussed with each candidate individually, depending on their work experience and skills, so we are ready to negotiate salary conditions.
