about the company
Our client, an innovative and constantly growing group of export, import and manufacturing companies, successfully operating in Lithuania and Europe since 2004, is looking for a CHIEF ACCOUNTANT to join its team.
Nature of work
- Coordination, control and efficiency of accounting processes of the group of companies in Lithuania and in cooperation with external accounting partners in European countries;
- Organization of work of the accounting department, motivation of employees, distribution of tasks;
- Preparation of tax returns and financial statements, cooperation with auditors;
- Collection, analysis and consolidation of data of the group of companies;
- Consultation of managers and employees on tax issues.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in the fields of accounting, finance, economics;
- At least 3 years of independent work experience as a chief accountant (in an international trade group of companies - a great advantage);
- Knowledge of accounting standards and tax legislation;
- Work experience in the AXAPTA program - a great advantage;
- Good English and Russian language skills;
- Responsibility, initiative, leadership, positivity, ability to delegate work.
