We are looking for an experienced chief accountant who will be responsible for the full organization and control of accounting in the group of companies. Main functions:
- execution of accounting for a group of companies – from primary accounting documents to the preparation of full financial statements;
- administration of accounting for value added tax, corporate tax and other taxes, preparation and submission of declarations to responsible institutions;
- accounting and supervision of wages;
- cooperation with tax consultants and state institutions (e.g., State Tax Inspectorate, Social Insurance Institution, statistics);
- participation in the improvement of accounting processes and internal control systems;
- consulting management on financial and tax issues.
Requirements:
- higher/higher education - in the fields of finance/accounting/economics;
- successful work experience as a chief accountant (at least 2 years);
- good knowledge of accounting, Lithuanian taxes, financial reporting standards;
- good working skills in MS Excel;
- responsibility, independence, ability to plan work and meet deadlines;
- ability to work independently and make decisions;
- analytical thinking, diligence, responsibility;
- ability to work with a larger amount of information and accounting for several companies at the same time.
Advantages:

- experience in preparing financial statements in accordance with VAS (IFRS).
