Nature of work
- Full accounting, execution and control of the company;
- Preparation and submission of tax and financial reports to the company's management;
- Preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Preparation and submission of statistical reports, tax declarations to the State Tax Inspectorate, Social Insurance Institution, the Center of Registers and other state institutions;
- Accounting and supervision of primary accounting documents, payroll and other economic transactions;
- Payment, debt and credit management;
- Consulting management on accounting, tax and financial planning issues;
- Organization of inventories, analysis of results;
- Supervision and improvement of the company's internal control systems.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education in the field of finance, accounting or economics;
- At least 3 years of work experience as a chief accountant (experience in a social enterprise is an advantage);
- Excellent knowledge of accounting, taxes and financial analysis;
- Detailed knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating accounting and corporate activities and the ability to apply them in practice;
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, accounting programs - Rivilė experience would be a great advantage);
- Analytical thinking, diligence, attention to detail, responsibility and independence;
- Ability to work both in a team and individually, make decisions and provide insights to management;
- Strategic approach to financial management and orientation to results.
