Nature of work

  • Accounting management: organization, strategic implementation and constant control of the company's accounting.
  • Control of primary documents: independent reconciliation of goods and services accounts and final verification of purchase and sales documents formed by managers.
  • Financial reporting: preparation and submission of balance sheets, profit (loss) and other monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements to management.
  • Payroll accounting: administration of DU and related processes.
  • Declaration and representation: prompt preparation and submission of tax declarations (VAT, i.SAF, GPM, corporate income tax, etc.) to the State Tax Inspectorate, transfer of personnel data to Sodra, execution of payments, accounting of bank transactions.
  • Ensuring the performance of annual audit procedures in the company and providing the necessary information to auditors.
  • Consulting: advising company management on financial, accounting and tax optimization issues.

What we expect from candidates

  • Higher or higher education in finance, accounting or economics.
  • 3–5 years of work experience as a chief accountant or a strong, independent accountant (experience in the wholesale sector is a significant advantage).
  • Excellent knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, the tax system and financial accounting standards.
  • Independence, ability to make responsible decisions and effectively plan work processes.
  • Responsibility, diligence, strong internal motivation.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian; knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage.
  • Work experience with the business management system "Rivile ERP" (advantage).
  • We are looking for a professional who is curious, willing to learn and develop together with the company's management team.
