Senior Accountant in Vilnius, part-time

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PART-TIME FREELANCE ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for an independent, responsible and experienced accountant for long-term cooperation on a part-time basis. The scope of work is not large, therefore the position is suitable for a freelance specialist, a company. The company is engaged in e-commerce.

We work with:

Open ERP / new Odoo version
Payroll accounting is carried out through the 2PRO.MONET system, but most of the processes are administered internally, therefore only minimal administrative actions and uploading of several documents are required from the accountant's side.

Main functions:
Maintaining full company accounting from primary documents to financial reporting.
Entering general expense documents into the accounting system.
Payroll accounting (minimum)
Submitting declarations and reports to the State Tax Inspectorate, Social Insurance Institution, Statistics Lithuania.
Reconciliation of debts with customers and suppliers.
Preparation of financial and management reports for management.
Systematization and control of accounting documents.
Administration of internal financial documents.
Consulting on accounting and tax issues.
Supervision and improvement of financial processes.

Important:
There is no receipt of goods.
Only reconciliation of general company expense documents is required.
The amount of documents is small.

At least 3 years of accounting experience.
Ability to independently manage full accounting.
