Currently, “Betono centras, UAB” is inviting a CHIEF ACCOUNTANT to join its team! Location: Žarijų g. 6a, Vilnius

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organizing and ensuring smooth accounting processes in accordance with the VAS and applicable legal acts.
  • Managing and developing a 3-person accounting team.
  • Preparing financial and management reports, providing data for the Group's consolidation.
  • Participating in ERP development and digitalization processes, improving accounting policies and processes.
  • Cooperation with auditors, coordinating audit processes.
  • Controlling cash flows and assisting in budget planning.
  • Supervising the correct calculation and declaration of taxes, payroll and reports.
  • Providing advice to management on accounting and tax issues.

WAITING FOR YOU:

  • Salary: from 4700-5100 EUR gross (depending on experience and competencies) + annual bonuses.

WE HOPE YOU:

  • You have a higher university education in economics and (or) finance.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a chief accountant (an advantage in a manufacturing company).
  • You have experience in leading a team.
  • You are well versed in business accounting standards, financial reporting and legal requirements related to financial accounting.
  • You have skills in working with accounting systems and the Office 365 software package (AXAPTA, Dynamics 365 would be an advantage).
  • You communicate in English, both written and spoken, at least at the B1 level - an advantage.

4700-5100 €/mon. gross
