Main responsibilities and duties
You will be responsible for:
Main responsibilities:
- Complete company (financial and tax) accounting from A to Z;
- Preparation of financial reports to the company's manager, parent company and responsible institutions.
Main responsibilities:
- Complete organization and execution of company accounting from primary documents to preparation of financial statements;
- Preparation of financial reports in accordance with VAS and IFRS;
- Tax accounting and preparation and submission of declarations to state institutions (VMI, SODRA, Center of Registers, Statistics, etc.);
- Working time accounting, payroll accounting and processing of documents related to employment relations;
- Closing of monthly, quarterly, annual periods;
- Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports;
- Compliance with accounting policies in accordance with group requirements and applicable legislation;
- Working with auditors: coordinating the audit process, providing necessary information and explanations;
- Maintaining relations with state institutions (VMI, Sodra, Statistics Lithuania, etc.);
- Collaborating with the group's and the Baltic countries' finance team;
- Preparing budgets, cost forecasts and facts;
- Providing various additional analyses, internal group reports;
- Ensuring compliance with the group's accounting, control and compliance standards by coordinating processes with the parent company.
We hope you:
- You have 3+ years of experience as a senior accountant and are able to independently manage all company accounting and taxes;
- You have a higher education in finance, accounting or a similar field;
- You are familiar with local laws, accounting, financial reporting, tax reporting;
- You have experience in payroll accounting;
- You are familiar with IFRS and VAS accounting standards;
- You work with an accounting program (SAP experience would be a great advantage);
- You speak and write English well;
- You have excellent Lithuanian language skills;
- You have good MS Office (including Excel) and virtual work tools skills (MS Teams, etc.)
Advantages:
