Our client is an international distance selling company, successfully operating in several European countries for more than 15 years. The company specializes in B2C trade, developing its main sales channel on the principle of telemarketing. The company's product portfolio consists of dietary supplements, cosmetics and other consumer goods.
Currently, the company is inviting a CHIEF ACCOUNTANT to join the team!

NATURE OF WORK:

  • Organization and control of the company's financial accounting in an international B2C business environment.
  • Ensuring and improving banking operations, CRM and accounting data reconciliation processes.
  • Analysis of financial data, identification of discrepancies and initiation of solutions.
  • Cooperation with auditors, preparation of financial statements and data provision.
  • Optimization of accounting processes, initiation of system improvements and participation in accounting system development projects.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education in finance, accounting or economics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the position of chief accountant (in B2C business).
  • Excellent knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating financial accounting of companies.
  • English language skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Responsibility, diligence, analytical thinking.
