Our story began when brothers Dovydas and Dominykas Juškiai – the future founders of “Candy POP” – spent their childhood days in the family business. Back then, they had no idea that sticking labels in a warehouse would gradually lead to the ambition of creating their own business.
Today, “Candy POP” has grown to:
A wholesale business, which includes more than 3,000 points of sale in the Baltic States;
A retail chain with more than 30 stores in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland;
An international e-commerce platform.

Future responsibilities of the Chief Accountant:
- Maintaining the company's accounting, compiling and controlling financial statements;
- Preparing and submitting financial, tax reports, declarations to responsible parties;
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the accounting team;
- Controlling the accounting of primary documents;
- Calculating wages;
- Representing the company in audits and state institutions;
- Optimizing accounting activities, digitizing processes;
- Closing the accounting period, coordinating them;
- Consulting colleagues on tax issues.
We are looking for someone who:
- At least 5 years of experience in the position of chief accountant;
- Knowledge of legal acts regulating accounting and taxes;
- Experience in process improvement, implementation, ability to apply all this in work activities;
- Experience in working with the RIVILĖ program, excellent working skills with MS Excel;
- Knowledge of English.
