RESPONSIBLE TASKS AWAIT YOU:
- Maintaining the company's accounting, ensuring compliance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the requirements of tax laws;
- Organizing and controlling the work of subordinate employees;
- Preparing financial, tax, statistical reports, declarations and their timely submission to management and state institutions;
- Closing accounting periods (month, quarter, year);
- Controlling the adequacy of accounting processes, document management, compliance with internal procedures and compliance with legal requirements;
- Cooperating in conducting financial and internal audits of the company;
- Cooperating with company managers and other departments in resolving financial information, accounting and related issues;
- Other tasks related to accounting and company finances.
WE HOPE YOU:
- Has a higher education in finance, accounting, economics or a similar field;
- Has 3-4 years of successful experience working in a similar role (chief accountant/financier);
- Experience in organizing the work of subordinates and delegating tasks;
- Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating accounting, taxes, and corporate activities;
- You are responsible, meticulous, analytical, and result-oriented;
- You have excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills;
- You have good skills in working with MS Office (Excel) programs, and are able to work with the accounting program “SAP” (an advantage);
- You have good knowledge of the English language.
