Mr. deputy accountant

We are looking for a deputy chief accountant

✔️ You will independently manage daily accounting and ensure data accuracy;
✔️ You will prepare and submit tax and statistical declarations (VAT, GPM, i.SAF, Intrastat, "Sodra", etc.);
✔️ You will perform monthly and annual closing work, supervise accounting and inventory of fixed assets;
✔️ I will control and coordinate transactions of buyers, suppliers, banks and factoring;
✔️ You will prepare internal reports and information for other departments of the company;
✔️ You will supervise accounting of EU transactions and VAT recovery processes;
✔️ You will resolve current accounting and tax issues;
✔️ If necessary, I will replace the chief accountant and take over the main accounting processes;
✔️ You will work with Canias ERP (we will train you).

✔️ At least 2 years of experience in the field of accounting;
✔️ Good knowledge of accounting and Lithuanian taxes;
✔️ Experience in independently preparing declarations and performing monthly closing work;
✔️ Ability not only to reconcile, but also to notice, check and resolve discrepancies;
✔️ Good skills in working with Excel and accounting systems;
✔️ Responsible attitude to deadlines and data accuracy;
✔️ Independence, initiative and desire to be a strong right hand of the chief accountant;
✔️ Good knowledge of English.
