RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead an accounting team of 8 people
- Manage financial transactions, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
- Prepare statistical and VAT reports
- Organize, coordinate and supervise the work of the entire accounting team
- Participate in audits and prepare and manage audit materials
- Consult company owners and employees on tax law issues
- Review existing accounting procedures and provide suggestions for their improvement
Working hours: 08.00-17.00, Monday - Friday.
Workplace: Dovainonių village (near Rumšiškės).
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Higher university education (bachelor's degree or higher) in accounting, finance or a related field;
- At least 3 years of work experience in the position of chief accountant (advantage - in a manufacturing company);
- At least 1-2 years of work experience with the NAVISION (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) system;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian financial reporting standards;
- Excellent communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
