Requirements:
- Higher/higher education in the field of accounting;
- At least 5 years of successful work experience as a chief accountant;
- At least 3 years of successful team management experience;
- Excellent knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania regulating accounting and taxes;
- Experience working with the Stekas accounting program, experience working with billing programs;
- Experience managing a company providing accounting services would be a great advantage;
- Strong leadership, communication and team collaboration skills;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills when communicating with the company's clients and stakeholders;
- Ability to critically evaluate and make decisions quickly.
