Your responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy and control of the company's accounting (currently accounting is handled by an external company);
- Analyze financial indicators, provide recommendations to management;
- Prepare financial, tax, management reports and budgets;
- Control primary accounting processes, payroll and VAT accounting;
- Communicate with banks, auditors, STI and other institutions;
- Form and coordinate the work of the accounting team.
What do we expect from you
- Higher education in finance, accounting or economics;
- At least 5 years of experience as a chief accountant or financier;
- Experience in a manufacturing/commercial company is a great advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and the State Accounting Standards;
- Analytical thinking, initiative and desire to create effective processes.
- Work experience with RIVILE is an advantage
