Nature of work

  • Registers and manages the company's accounting documents (invoices, cash documents, bank statements, advance payments).
  • Keeps records of purchases and sales in the accounting program (BSS).
  • Controls the reconciliation of debts with customers and suppliers.
  • Prepares payments and monitors cash flows, monitors the validity of company expenses and helps optimize costs.
  • Calculates taxes and prepares declarations for the State Tax Inspectorate and Social Insurance Institution (automated, BSS).
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management (automated, BSS).
  • Supervises the accounting and inventory of fixed assets.
  • Cooperates with auditors, tax consultants and state institutions.
  • Provides financial information to the manager for decision-making.

Employee requirements

Experience:
  • At least 1 year of work experience in accounting or finance.
  • Experience working with BSS accounting software (advantage).
  • Experience working with international companies or groups of companies (advantage).
  • Good knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating accounting, taxes and financial reporting.
  • Ability to independently manage accounting from primary documents to report preparation.
  • Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word).

Skills:
  • English, at least B2 level;

Personal qualities:
  • Analytical thinking and ability to present clear, systematized information.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
