Nature of work:
- Organization and control of the entire company's accounting;
- Organization of the work of the accounting department and leadership of the team;
- Development of team members, strengthening of competencies and motivation;
- Ensuring the high-quality, timely and efficient execution of accounting processes;
- Communication with external auditors and participation in audit processes;
- Evaluation and improvement of existing accounting processes and work organization;
- Initiation and implementation of changes to achieve greater process efficiency and work quality;
- Participation in other projects related to the finance and accounting function
We hope you:
- You have at least 5 years of successful work experience as a chief accountant or similar position;
- You have a higher education in finance, accounting or similar;
- You have worked in a company with more than 70 employees;
- You have experience in leading a team and delegating work;
- You have experience in initiating and implementing changes and streamlining processes;
- You are positive, constructive, able to find and propose solutions;
- You are able to communicate fluently in English
