We are growing rapidly, operating in a technologically interesting and constantly changing market - and we are looking for a Chief Accountant who would ensure financial discipline in the company, provide timely, high-quality reports and contribute to the development and implementation of the company's and the group's accounting policy.

Main responsibilities:

  • Organization, implementation and control of the company's accounting, development of accounting policies.
  • Preparation and timely submission of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Preparation and submission of tax returns (VAT, GPM, corporate income tax, etc.).
  • Supervision and implementation of related party transaction pricing, consulting with accountants of group companies.
  • Cooperation with auditors, STI, "Sodra", banks and other institutions.
  • Consulting management on accounting and tax issues.
  • Initiation and implementation of initiatives for automation and digitalization of accounting processes.

We hope you:

  • You have a university degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
  • You have at least 5 years of work experience as a senior accountant or in a similar position; work experience in a group of companies or with multi-country accounting would be an advantage.
  • You have excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and international financial accounting standards, the tax system and applicable legislation.
  • You are fluent in Lithuanian and English; knowledge of Russian would be a great advantage.
  • You have strong organizational and leadership skills, are able to make decisions and take responsibility.
