NATURE OF WORK
- Supervision and control of purchase and sales accounting, in cooperation with the accountant.
- Accounting and control of banking transactions.
- Supervision of the payroll calculation process.
- Control of VAT and other taxes calculation and declaration.
- Accounting for fixed assets.
- Control of fuel accounting and write-off.
- Coordination of the monthly/annual financial results closing process.
- Preparation for audits and cooperation with auditors.
- Improvement of operational efficiency and review and improvement of internal financial processes.
- Accident insurance 24/7.
- Team management.
WHAT IT NEEDS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Experience in a transport or logistics company.
- Higher education in economics, finance.
- Good MS Excel skills.
- Ability to independently organize the work of the accounting department and control processes.
- Responsibility, diligence, analytical thinking and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to effectively cooperate with management and other departments of the company.
YOU WILL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE THESE COMPETENCES
- Experience in preparing financial and performance reports for management.
- Experience in consolidating or accounting for transactions with group companies.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations system.
- Experience with Debetas accounting software.
- Good knowledge of English.
