NATURE OF WORK

  • Supervision and control of purchase and sales accounting, in cooperation with the accountant.
  • Accounting and control of banking transactions.
  • Supervision of the payroll calculation process.
  • Control of VAT and other taxes calculation and declaration.
  • Accounting for fixed assets.
  • Control of fuel accounting and write-off.
  • Coordination of the monthly/annual financial results closing process.
  • Preparation for audits and cooperation with auditors.
  • Improvement of operational efficiency and review and improvement of internal financial processes.
  • Team management.

WHAT IT NEEDS TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Experience in a transport or logistics company.
  • Higher education in economics, finance.
  • Good MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to independently organize the work of the accounting department and control processes.
  • Responsibility, diligence, analytical thinking and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively cooperate with management and other company departments.
  • Experience in consolidating or accounting for transactions with group companies (advantage).
  • Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations system (advantage).
  • Experience with the Debetas accounting program (advantage).
