If you are interested in:
- Organization and control of the accounting of the group's companies in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, VAS and IFRS, formation and coordination of accounting policies;
- Organization of the preparation of consolidated financial statements (balance sheet, profit (loss), cash flows, etc.) and submission to management, shareholders, auditors and institutions;
- Ensuring eliminations and adjustments of mutual transactions when preparing consolidated reporting;
- Coordination of the work of the accounting team, training, ensuring the quality of work and compliance with deadlines;
- Tax accounting management (VAT, corporate tax, GPT, social insurance, etc.), control of declaration and settlement with the budget, monitoring changes in legal acts in LT and LV;
- Cooperation with auditors, tax administrators and other institutions, representation of the group's interests;
- Initiation and implementation of digitalization of financial, accounting and consolidation processes, participation in improvement projects;
- Providing methodological assistance to managers and accountants of group companies, unifying accounting policies within the group.
If you:
- You have a higher university education in accounting, finance or economics;
- You have 5–7 years of experience in accounting, of which at least 2–3 years in the position of chief accountant or accounting manager;
- You have experience in preparing consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS;
- You have work experience in a group of companies (a big advantage);
- You have experience in international operations (Latvia or another EU country);
- You work well with ERP systems (Navision, Dynamics 365, Axapta or similar);
- You have very good Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot - an advantage);
- You have experience in the areas of digitalization of accounting processes and data integration;
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and know English or Russian (B2–C1 level);
- You are characterized by analytical thinking, attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work with large amounts of data, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with a team.
