Your responsibilities:
- Ensure full management of the company's accounting processes in accordance with applicable laws and company standards.
- Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) and ensure their accuracy and timeliness.
- Cooperate with auditors, tax consultants, banks and other external institutions.
- Ensure the correctness of tax accounting (VAT, corporate tax, other taxes).
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
- Initiate and implement optimization and automation of accounting and financial processes.
- Participate in projects for the implementation or improvement of financial systems.
What do we expect from you:
- Experience in accounting, including team management.
- Deep knowledge of Lithuanian accounting and tax law.
- Experience working in an international environment or with corporate groups (advantage).
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership, responsibility and independence.
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Experience working with ERP systems (advantage).
