Mr. Accountant

Organize and ensure smooth, accurate and timely management of the company's accounting;
Prepare financial, tax and statistical reports and declarations, and submit them to state institutions in a timely manner;
Ensure proper tax accounting and control;
Manage accounting for fixed assets;
Control the calculation of wages, other employment-related benefits and
taxes (about 100 employees);
Manage business trip accounting;
Consult management on financial, tax and accounting issues;
Provide proposals for improving the efficiency, automation and improvement of accounting and financial processes;
Perform other tasks related to the company's accounting and finances.

You have at least 3-5 years of experience in the field of accounting;
You have experience in independently managing the full accounting of one or more companies;
You are able to independently perform monthly and annual closing procedures and prepare financial
reports;
You are well-versed in the Lithuanian tax system and accounting regulations;
You understand the impact of accounting operations on financial statements and taxes;
You are able to analyze accounting data, notice discrepancies and resolve them;
You are familiar with the principles of applying A1 certificates, wages of posted employees, daily allowances and international taxes;
You have experience working with posting employees to EU countries (would be considered a great
advantage);
You have experience working with the accounting program Centas (would be considered an advantage);
You are independent, responsible, quickly orient yourself in situations and are able to
effectively plan your work;
