Your future activities:
- You will ensure the organization of the entire company's accounting in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
- You will prepare and submit financial (separate and consolidated) reports to management and responsible institutions.
- You will coordinate the month-end and year-end closing processes, administer company taxes.
- I will lead a team of 6 employees and cooperate with accounting service providers abroad.
- You will improve and digitize accounting processes and work methodologies.
- You will contribute to the company's financial strategy, budgeting and analysis of results.
- I will cooperate with other departments, providing insights from the financial and accounting side.
We hope you:
- You are a team member who is able to coordinate work, support and develop your team colleagues, and find and promote optimization opportunities.
- You have accumulated solid work experience as a Chief Accountant.
- You have good oral and written English skills.
- You have a higher education in finance, accounting or economics.
- You are well-versed in the tax laws of the Republic of Lithuania and accounting standards.
- You have experience working with accounting programs (Rivile, Navision, etc.).
- You are characterized by analytical thinking, responsibility and initiative.
