JOB CHARACTERISTICS

  • Supervision and control of purchase and sales accounting, in cooperation with the accountant.
  • Accounting and control of banking transactions.
  • Cash flow planning, monitoring and analysis.
  • Supervision of the payroll calculation process.
  • Control of VAT and other taxes calculation and declaration.
  • Accounting for fixed assets.
  • Control of fuel accounting and write-off.
  • Coordination of the monthly/annual financial results closing process.
  • Preparation for audits and cooperation with auditors.
  • Improvement of operational efficiency and review and improvement of internal financial processes.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a transport or logistics company.
  • Higher education in economics, finance.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations system.
  • Good MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to independently organize the work of the accounting department and control processes.
  • Knowledge of the application of the IFRS 16 standard and accounting for lease contracts.
  • Responsibility, diligence, analytical thinking and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively cooperate with management and other departments of the company.

YOU WILL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE THESE COMPETENCES

  • Experience in preparing financial and performance reports for management.
  • Experience in consolidating or accounting transactions with group companies.
  • Good knowledge of English.
