JOB CHARACTER

Supervision and control of purchase and sales accounting, in cooperation with the accountant.
Accounting and control of banking transactions.
Supervision of the payroll calculation process.
Control of the calculation and declaration of VAT and other taxes.
Accounting for fixed assets.
Control of fuel accounting and write-off.
Coordination of the monthly/annual financial results closing process.
Preparation for audits and cooperation with auditors.
Improving operational efficiency and reviewing and improving internal financial processes.
Team management.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

Experience in a transport or logistics company.
Higher education in economics, finance.
Good MS Excel skills.
Ability to independently organize the work of the accounting department and control processes.
Responsibility, diligence, analytical thinking and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to effectively cooperate with management and other company departments.
Experience in consolidating or accounting for transactions with group companies (advantage).
Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations system (advantage).
Experience with the Debetas accounting program (advantage).
