Nature of work
- Organize and ensure proper management of the company's accounting.
- Ensure the accuracy, correctness and timeliness of accounting data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Prepare and submit declarations and reports to the State Tax Inspectorate, "Sodra", the Statistics Department and other institutions.
- Control the accounting of purchases, sales, settlements, fixed assets and other accounting areas.
- Organize and control the accounting of raw materials, production and stocks, participate in inventories.
- Control the accounting of production costs and its correctness.
- Ensure control of payroll accounting and related taxes.
- Participate in the processes of budgeting, financial planning and analysis of the company's performance.
- Cooperate with auditors, banks, state institutions and other external partners.
- Provide management with financial information, insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Improve accounting processes and internal financial control system.
Employee requirements
We hope that you
- Have a higher education in finance, accounting, economics or a similar field.
- Have at least 5 years of work experience in the field of accounting, including experience as a chief accountant or in a similar responsible position.
- Have a good understanding of the accounting, tax and labor law requirements of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Have experience in accounting for a manufacturing company - this would be a great advantage.
- Knowledge of inventory, production cost and fixed asset accounting.
- You are meticulous, analytical, responsible and able to make decisions independently.
- You are able to plan work, meet deadlines and manage several tasks at the same time.
- You work well with MS Excel and accounting programs.
- You are able to cooperate constructively with management and other departments of the company.
