YOU WILL ALSO LEARN:
- Manage corporate accounting in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Prepare consolidated financial statements of corporate groups in accordance with Lithuanian Financial Reporting Standards (LFAS).
- Prepare consolidated financial statements of corporate groups in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) (optional).
- Manage venture capital fund accounting and prepare reports for investors (optional).
- Resolve non-standard situations related to tax calculation and preparation of financial statements.
- Develop personal competencies of both oneself and team members.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organization and implementation of full financial accounting of companies.
- Preparation of monthly reports and submission of declarations for medium and large companies of various activities.
- Ensuring the preparation and submission of medium and large tax and financial reports.
- Providing consultations to clients on financial and tax issues.
- Working with the accounting team, ensuring the smoothness of processes.
- Ensuring accounting compliance with Lithuanian Financial Reporting Standards (LFAS).
- Team development and strengthening of leadership culture.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Higher university education in the fields of economics, finance or accounting.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position (work experience in a financial services company is an advantage).
- Knowledge of accounting, taxes, business accounting standards.
- Experience working with Finvalda would be considered an advantage.
- B2 level English language skills.
