The group operates with several related companies in Europe, including companies registered in Lithuania, Cyprus and the Netherlands, therefore financial processes and accounting are organized on an international scale.

The group of companies is focused on business development, creation of effective financial solutions and development of international projects. We are currently inviting a CHIEF ACCOUNTANT to join us!

Your main responsibilities:

  • Ensuring full supervision and control of the accounting of the group of companies.
  • Coordination of accounting of Lithuanian UAB, Cyprus company and related companies in the Dutch jurisdiction.
  • Consolidation of financial data and preparation of reports for management.
  • Working with large financial data flows and strict deadlines.
  • Optimization of financial processes and ensuring control.
  • Working with external partners, auditors and tax consultants.

What is important for this position:

  • Significant work experience as a chief accountant, covering the full financial and accounting management of a company or group of companies, supervision of financial processes, preparation of reports and cooperation with management in making financial decisions.
  • Experience working in a group of companies, where it was necessary to prepare and manage consolidated financial accounting, coordinate financial data of several companies and ensure accurate presentation of financial statements.
  • Practical experience working with international corporate structures and different jurisdictions, ability to navigate the accounting and tax requirements of different countries and coordinate accounting processes between several countries.
  • Ability to work with large-scale financial data, effectively organize work at an intensive pace and in compliance with strict financial and reporting deadlines.
  • Strategic thinking, high sense of responsibility and independence, ability to make financial decisions, optimize processes and ensure smooth financial management of the company.
