Your main responsibilities:
- Organization of department work and team management;
- Bookkeeping, preparation and control of financial reporting - preparation and timely submission of financial, statistical, tax reports and declarations to state institutions;
- Preparing and submitting financial reports to the company's management;
- Closing of the accounting period, their coordination;
- Improvement and control of accounting policies and processes;
- Preparation of tax reports and submission to state institutions;
- Knowledge of LR legal acts regulating accounting, taxes and company activities and constant interest in innovations;
- Organization of the work of accounting department employees, work distribution, supervision, coordination;
- Maintenance of accounting processes, digitization and automation of processes;
- Participation in financial audits;
- Performance of other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Employee requirements:
- Higher/higher education - in the field of accounting/finance/economics;
- 3+ years old experience of an accountant (in a logistics company - an advantage);
- Knowledge of LR legal acts regulating accounting, taxes, company activities and interest in their innovations;
- Analytical thinking and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment;
- Ability to analyze, understand and provide correct conclusions related to accounting data;
- Team management experience and good work organization skills;
- Experience in working with the Rivilė program is an advantage;
- Excellent work skills with MS Excel;
- Knowledge of English / Russian.
