Your responsibilities will be:
- Full preparation of financial statements of the group of companies;
- Preparation and submission of financial, tax and statistical reports and declarations to state institutions and company management;
- Formation, training, work organization and control of the financial accounting group team (3-4 employees);
- Organization and coordination of accounting period closing work;
- Participation in the audit process, its coordination and provision of necessary information to auditors;
- Optimization of financial processes and ensuring control;
- Active participation in the implementation of a new accounting and financial management information system, adapting the best current practices to future financial accounting processes;
- Consulting colleagues on accounting and tax issues;
- Performing other tasks according to need and competence.
We are looking for an experienced finance professional who wants to go beyond numbers and have a real impact on decisions, processes and the financial direction of the entire group. This is a position for those who value responsibility, initiative, collaboration and the opportunity to create change.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education in finance or another related field
- You have experience working with corporate groups and consolidated financial accounting (in medium or large companies with a turnover of 10 million euros and more);
- You are familiar with the principles of international corporate structures and are able to navigate the accounting and tax requirements of different countries;
- You are able to effectively manage large-scale financial data, work in a dynamic environment and meet strict deadlines;
- You are characterized by strategic thinking, independence and a high sense of responsibility, are able to make decisions and initiate process improvement;
- You have experience in team management and cooperation;
- You communicate fluently in English;
- You are proactive, initiative and solution-oriented.
