Nature of work:
- Organization and control of accounting of the Lithuanian branch of the company;
- Management of the accounting team, distribution of work and control (3 employees);
- Closing of the accounting period, their coordination, control of results;
- Verification and control of accounting data;
- Preparation and submission of financial and tax reports and declarations to state institutions;
- Calculation of wages (standard and cumulative accounting of working hours);
- Cooperation with auditors and state institutions and representation of the company according to competence;
- Improvement of accounting processes, contribution to standardization and digitalization of processes;
- Consulting colleagues on tax and accounting issues.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of senior accountant experience;
- Management experience (accounting specialists);
- Experience in improving, standardizing or digitizing accounting processes;
- Experience in calculating wages, including total working time accounting;
- Experience in working with the RIVILĖ program;
- Excellent MS Excel skills;
- Knowledge of English;
- Higher education in finance, accounting or a related field is an advantage;
- Experience in an audited organization is an advantage.
