Mr. Accountant

Currently, for our Client - a rapidly growing, national organization - we are looking for a responsible, result-oriented financial professional with excellent knowledge of the tax and accounting laws of the Republic of Lithuania and similar work experience.

Your main responsibilities:

• You will ensure timely management of the company's accounting in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable business accounting standards.
• You will prepare and submit financial, tax and statistical reports and declarations, ensure their accuracy and submission within the established deadlines.
• You will organize and control the closing of monthly, quarterly and annual accounting periods, participate in the preparation of annual financial statements.
• You will ensure proper management of accounting documents, control of accounting processes and compliance with internal procedures.
• You will organize and coordinate the work of the accounting team, distribute tasks and ensure their timely implementation.
• You will cooperate with the company's management, auditors, tax administrator and other institutions, provide the necessary financial information.
• You will identify opportunities for improving accounting processes and contribute to more efficient work organization.

We hope that you:

• You have a higher or equivalent education in accounting, finance, economics or a similar field.
• You have at least 3 years of accounting experience, part of which - in a senior accountant or a similar responsible position.
• You are well versed in the legal acts regulating accounting and taxes of the Republic of Lithuania and are able to apply them in practice.
• You have experience in organizing work, distributing tasks and collaborating with colleagues.
• You are well versed in accounting programs, able to work with accounting data and reports.
• You are responsible, meticulous, analytical and able to independently plan work and solve problems.
