• Salary that grows with responsibilities and scope of work (depending on the number of clients).

If you are an experienced accountant, you probably know perfectly well what accountants do without us. :) Therefore, we will not write long lists of duties. We will get to know each other and discuss over coffee. :)
We are much more interested in who you are, how you think and whether we are on the right track.

It is not only important to us what you know, but also what kind of person you are.

• You have at least 2 years of accounting experience and are able to make decisions independently.
• You are friends with "Finvalda" (it would be great if it has been a long time).
• You speak and write Lithuanian correctly.
• You are attentive, responsible, honest and notice even that one cent that decided to hide. :)
• You love your work, want to improve and are not afraid to share your knowledge and ideas.
