About us
We are a fast-growing e-commerce group with 100% export sales through Amazon and TikTok Shop platforms. We operate in the US, UK and 4 EU markets (DE, FR, IT, ES).

We process 40-45 thousand orders per month. Products are manufactured in China and EU countries, stored in Amazon FBA warehouses across Europe and the US. We are VAT registered in 11 jurisdictions.

Your responsibilities

1. Maintaining accounting records and preparing financial statements for the group of companies；
2. OSS declaration; cooperation with a foreign VAT intermediary — checking their submitted declarations, controlling deadlines, approving payable amounts and regular reports to the manager；
3. Financial and cash flow management — operations are carried out in several currencies and jurisdictions (LT, UK, USA)；
4. Amazon FBA inventory accounting based on platform warehouse balance data (warehouses in the EU and USA)；
5. Preparing and submitting financial and tax declarations to state institutions；
6. Organizing and coordinating the work of the accounting team；
7. Economic analysis of operations; identifying cost optimization opportunities；

1. Higher education in accounting, finance or economics
2. At least 2 years of experience as a chief accountant or similar position
3. English at C1 level — mandatory (work tools, platform interfaces, communication with foreign partners)
3. Initiative: ability to independently find information and demand results from partners
4. Analytical thinking; comfort working with data from multiple systems simultaneously
5. Amazon or e-commerce experience is not required — curiosity and a desire to learn specifics are more important.
