What will you do for our team?
- You will perform payroll accounting and ensure its accuracy and compliance with legal acts.
- You will take care of the full accounting process and prepare financial reporting.
- I will calculate taxes, prepare and submit declarations and reports to the State Tax Inspectorate, Social Insurance Institution and other institutions.
- You will prepare annual, quarterly, tax and statistical reports.
- You will improve accounting and payroll processes and ensure high quality of services.
- I will consult clients on payroll, accounting and tax issues.
- I will cooperate with clients, auditors, tax consultants and internal teams.
- You will contribute to team development and efficiency initiatives.
What do we expect from you?
- You have a university or higher education in accounting, finance, economics, management or a similar field.
- You have accumulated at least 2 years of experience as a chief accountant, accounting or payroll accounting.
- You are well versed in business accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and tax regulations.
- You have practical experience in preparing financial statements, declarations and payroll accounting.
- You are meticulous, responsible, analytical, proactive and able to plan your time effectively.
- You speak and write English fluently (at least B2 level).
- You have good computer skills (MS Office and accounting systems).
- We will consider work experience with time accounting and accounting systems, such as Business Central (Navision), Rivilė or others, as an advantage.
