UAB "KRESTA" is a growing construction company that carries out road, site, landscaping, paving, foundation installation and asphalt repair works.
The company employs about 30 people, we operate our own construction equipment and carry out projects in Vilnius and other cities in Lithuania.
As the company expands, we are looking for a strong and responsible Senior Works Manager who would coordinate the implementation of objects, the work of brigades and ensure high-quality project implementation.

Nature of work
- Organization of road, site and welfare projects.
- Coordination of road crews.
- Creation and control of work schedules.
- Planning of equipment distribution.
- Ensuring the quality of work at the facilities.
- Organization and control of daily work.
- Communication with customers and subcontractors.
- Planning of material requirements together with the project team.
- Verification of the quantities of work performed.
- Control of compliance with work safety requirements.
- Operative resolution of problems at the facilities.
- Ensuring compliance with the deadlines for the facilities.
Requirements for the candidate
- Experience in the position of construction manager or senior works manager.
- Ability to independently organize the work of road crews.
- Experience in managing road construction, welfare or engineering network projects.
- Knowledge of construction processes.
- Responsibility and leadership.
- Ability to make decisions and assume responsibility.
- Category B driver's license.
- Construction works manager certificate is an advantage.
