You will be responsible for:
- Formation of analytical solution architecture, creation, development and quality assurance of complex Power BI reports;
- Identification and integration of different company data sources, formation of a unified data structure suitable for analysis and reporting;
- Analysis of performance indicators and results, recording deviations from plans, identification of company opportunities and risks, provision of conclusions and justified recommendations for effective solutions;
- Participation in digitalization projects, analytical part and assistance to the organization in making data-based decisions;
- Collaboration with the IT department and other departments in implementing and developing analytical solutions;
- Participation in the development of processes and methodologies, search for opportunities to increase operational efficiency and improve processes.
We care, so we hope you have:
- Have at least 3 years of experience working with Power BI or other business analytics and data visualization tools, developing complex analytical solutions;
- You independently analyze business needs, collect, transform and interpret data and see the essence in it that others do not notice, and turn it into clear, reasoned insights;
- You know how to create analytical models for joint activities, see areas for improvement and suggest solutions to implement operational changes;
- Ensure the quality of analytical solutions, identify data quality problems and suggest ways to solve them;
- You have experience in collaborating with different stakeholders, clearly present analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences;
- You are familiar with data modeling, data warehouse (DWH) architecture principles and know how to design effective data structures;
- You have basic SQL knowledge and know how to use it when working with data;
- Strategic thinking and initiative, makes decisions independently and takes responsibility for the implementation of analytical solutions.
