SENIOR DATA ANALYST (POWER BI)
We are looking for an experienced data analyst to work on projects helping our clients build, implement and use advanced analytics and business insights solutions based on Microsoft Power BI. Using existing and new data sources, you will prepare reports, create KPI dashboards and other tools necessary for business management and decision-making. As artificial intelligence capabilities grow in the Microsoft ecosystem (Copilot in Power BI, Fabric, Azure AI), you will have the opportunity to expand your competencies in the field of AI solutions.
Main tasks in projects:
We are looking for an experienced data analyst to work on projects helping our clients build, implement and use advanced analytics and business insights solutions based on Microsoft Power BI. Using existing and new data sources, you will prepare reports, create KPI dashboards and other tools necessary for business management and decision-making. As artificial intelligence capabilities grow in the Microsoft ecosystem (Copilot in Power BI, Fabric, Azure AI), you will have the opportunity to expand your competencies in the field of AI solutions.
Main tasks in projects:
- Analysis of client needs, systems and data to determine requirements for reports, performance indicators and other data analytics solutions;
- Analysis of data collection options from various sources, preparation of automated collection requirements, cooperation with data engineers in data preparation, transformations and ensuring data quality;
- Creating automated reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI — data modeling, writing DAX measures, designing visualizations;
- Integrating AI functions into analytical solutions (Copilot in Power BI, Q&A, AI visuals, anomaly detection, predictions).
Employee requirements
- At least 3 years of practical experience working with Microsoft Power BI — creating data models, DAX formulas, Power Query (M language) transformations, designing relationships between tables, creating complex visualizations and interactive reports;
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills;
- Project work experience in developing and implementing new analytical solutions within the company or for external clients, taking into account business requirements;
- Experience in collecting data from various internal and external systems, working with large-scale data;
- Curiosity and desire to learn the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions in analytics — ability to independently delve into new technologies;
- Experience in organizing teamwork and good communication skills;
- Ability to work independently, plan work and time, orientation to the final result;
- Responsibility, efficiency, honesty;
- Lithuanian and English languages.
We will consider the following as an additional advantage:
- Experience working with Power BI Service (publishing, workspaces, dataset refresh, row-level security);
- Experience or interest in Microsoft Fabric and Copilot in Power BI capabilities;
- Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts (prediction, clustering, anomaly detection) or experience using AI tools in daily work;
- Experience with Python or R scripts in the Power BI environment;
- Experience working with Power Automate, Excel VBA;
- Experience working with databases Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL;
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, AI-900).
