We will entrust you with the following responsibilities:
- you will carry out continuous monitoring and analysis of changes in the legal environment, good practices;
- you will assess the significance of regulatory changes and their impact on the bank's activities;
- you will identify, analyze and assess compliance risks arising from the bank's activities, assess the adequacy of the applied control measures and provide proposals for risk mitigation;
- you will perform compliance checks, analyze the identified non-compliances, assess their significance and provide recommendations for eliminating deficiencies;
- you will prepare and review internal legal acts and other documents related to the implementation of the compliance function;
- you will provide expert consultations to the bank's employees;
- you will prepare analytical information and periodic reports.
We need you if you:
- you have a higher education in law, finance, economics, business management or another related field;
- you have at least 2 years of practical work experience in compliance, risk management, law or another related field;
- you have work experience in a bank or other credit institution (a great advantage);
- you are familiar with the legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania regulating banking activities and are able to apply them in practice;
- you have excellent skills in preparing internal legal acts and other operational documents;
- you have good command of English (written and spoken);
- you have excellent analytical skills, you are meticulous and responsible.
