Main responsibilities:
Ensuring the maintenance of buildings and related structures
Providing expert opinions for the coordinated technical documentation of structures
Coordination of the execution of contracts related to the maintenance of structures, budget management and monitoring of ongoing purchases
Participation in the activities of working groups for the implementation of construction investment projects
Implementation of proposals, recommendations and decisions on effective construction management
What do we expect?
Higher or higher education in the field of engineering
Work experience in the field of real estate exploitation
Analytical thinking, planning and organization of activities
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Category B driver's license

Monthly salary: €2,040.00 - €3,060.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.
