Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring the maintenance of buildings and related structures
- Providing expert opinions for the coordinated technical documentation of structures
- Coordination of the execution of contracts related to the maintenance of structures, budget management and monitoring of ongoing purchases
- Participation in the activities of working groups for the implementation of construction investment projects
- Implementation of proposals, recommendations and decisions on effective construction management
What do we expect?
- Higher or higher education in the field of engineering
- Work experience in the field of real estate exploitation
- Analytical thinking, planning and organization of activities
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Category B driver's license
