Chief Operations Engineer

Preparation, management and control of annual budgets for the operation and repair of engineering systems of facilities;
Management of engineering systems of facilities, monitoring, analysis and optimization of energy costs;
Organization of purchases, conducting negotiations and presenting results to responsible persons;
Coordination of contracts with service providers, their conclusion;
Control of costs of performed works, control of quality and deadlines of works;
Filling in documentation/journals in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts and internally;
Distribution of tasks to employees and control of their work and employment;
Planning and organization of works for repair of facilities, environmental management, etc.;
Supervision and control of the fulfillment of warranty obligations of contractors;
Administration of insured events;
Control of the work of companies providing security, operation and other services and/or existing personnel.

Higher technical/engineering education or experience in a similar field;
Ability to analyze and understand technical drawings;
Good computer skills (MS Office, AutoCad viewer, Outlook, etc.);
Knowledge of English and/or Russian (an advantage);
Personal qualities: analytical thinking, responsibility, diligence, diligence, initiative, ability to work in a team;
Driver's license (category B).

Salary depends on the candidate’s experience and competencies.
