Export Discovery is an external sales department and specializes in the B2B segment. Our clients are manufacturing companies in Lithuania and Europe that have the potential and opportunities to expand into foreign markets.

The Export Sales Manager position is for you if:
- You are a motivated, ambitious and curious person, ready to take on challenges and work with two manufacturing companies.
- You have excellent planning skills and are able to work in a team, together with a Team Lead.
- You have good communication skills and are able to communicate with the internal production department and ensure smooth communication with customers.
- You are ready to search for new customers, actively contact them by phone and in online meetings. Flexibility is required and, if necessary, to go on business trips and exhibitions.
- You are able to work at a high pace and have an attitude - 'find a way not an excuse'.
- You have excellent English, other languages are an advantage.
