Nature of work
We are looking for an experienced chief electrician who would work on-site with a team. The main focus of work is electrical installation, installation and reconstruction of electrical panels, cable laying, equipment connection, measurements and troubleshooting. This is not just a position for supervising work or coordinating installers.
- Electrical installation work in residential, commercial and other facilities;
- Assembly, installation and reconstruction of electrical panels;
- Installation and connection of protection devices, control equipment, circuit breakers, leakage and surge protectors;
- Installation of cable routes, inlets, power and control cables;
- Connection of lighting, sockets and other electrical equipment;
- Reading electrical diagrams and projects and performing work according to technical documentation;
- Performing electrical measurements, diagnosing faults and troubleshooting technical problems;
- Working together with the installation team, distributing work and controlling the quality of performance;
- Determining the need for materials and tools required for the work;
- Additionally - connecting and launching solar power plants, energy storage systems and electric vehicle charging stations;
- Recording completed work, measurements, material needs and identified deficiencies in the Monday system;
- Working at sites in the Kaunas region and throughout Lithuania.
Employee requirements
- Practical experience as an electrician;
- Valid electrical safety and qualification certificate allowing independent performance of electrical work;
- Ability to independently perform electrical installation, panel installation, connection and troubleshooting;
- Ability to read electrical diagrams, projects and technical instructions;
- Knowledge of three-phase electrical systems, electrical panels, protection devices and measurements;
- Ability to practically work on site and coordinate a small team of installers;
- Category B driver's license;
- Ability to use a telephone, computer and work management systems;
- Willingness to travel to sites throughout Lithuania;
- Responsibility, independence and focus on the quality of work.
Advantages: Experience in installing and commissioning solar power plants, energy storage systems or electric vehicle charging stations would be an advantage.
The company offers:
- Stable full-time work, weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00;
- 2,200–2,600 EUR per month in your hands, depending on experience, qualifications, certificates and independence;
