STORA ENSO is an internationally operating group of wood and paper products companies offering renewable solutions to the packaging, biomaterials, wood construction and paper industries in global markets. UAB Stora Enso Lietuva, part of the Central European wood products manufacturing group, is currently looking for a Senior Energy Engineer to work in Alytus, who will be responsible for the company's electricity management.

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:

  • Organize the work of a team of electricians to ensure maintenance and repair of production equipment.
  • Perform energy resource consumption analysis, optimization and cost management.
  • Ensure employee safety and health requirements through continuous consulting and implementation of good practices.
  • Cooperate with external contractors and suppliers.
  • Organize the inspection of control measuring and energy consumption recording devices and the timely submission of their readings to controlling institutions.
  • Administer technical documents necessary for the operation of equipment.
  • Take care of ordering and writing off the necessary tools and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety requirements and the necessary technical documentation during investment projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education in the field of engineering.
  • +3 years of managerial experience in the position of an energy specialist or similar job.
  • A certificate of certification of a person responsible for the electricity sector, AC up to 10 kV.
  • Knowledge of technical documentation, drawings and diagrams.
  • Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating energy, safety rules and technical regulations.
  • Excellent computer skills. Knowledge of the AutoCad program would be considered a great advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
  • Ability to set priorities, organize and communicate with different people.
