Nature of work
You will be responsible for:
supervising the company's financial accounting and financial processes;
preparing financial statements for management;
controlling income, expenses, profitability and cash flows;
controlling wages, business trips, settlements and related documents;
cooperating with accounting, management, personnel and administration teams;
preparing budgets, forecasts and financial plans;
identifying financial risks and making proposals;
developing and improving the internal financial control system;
systematizing, analyzing and clearly presenting financial data to management.

Employee requirements
you have experience in finance, accounting or in a position of chief financial officer;
you have a good understanding of the company's finances, taxes, payroll and accounting logic;
you are able to analyze numbers and clearly explain their meaning;
you know how to work with Excel or other financial / accounting systems;
you are responsible, meticulous, independent;
you are able to create order, processes and control mechanisms;
you value confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism;
you are not afraid of responsibility and want to be an important part of the company's management.
We will consider the following as an advantage:
experience working with the accounting program "Site.pro" / former accounting program "B1";
experience in transport, temporary employment, personnel leasing or international operations companies;
ability to create financial control, reporting and planning systems;
strong Excel skills;
practical understanding of payroll, business trips and settlements with employees.
