Your daily activities at work would be:
To form and implement the company's financial management and financial accounting policy, ensuring its compliance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable accounting standards;
To organize and coordinate the activities of the accounting department;
To prepare interim and annual financial statements and coordinate the audit process in accordance with the financial reporting standards applicable to the company;
To ensure timely calculation, declaration and payment of taxes and other mandatory contributions;
To prepare and submit financial, tax and statistical reports and tax declarations;
To organize and control payroll accounting processes;
To prepare the company's annual budget, financial forecasts and cash flow plans and control their implementation;
To plan and manage the company's cash resources, ensure effective cash flow management and organize the necessary financing;
To analyze the company's financial and economic indicators, assess deviations of income and expenses from the plan and their causes;
Ensure control of accounting processes, compliance with internal procedures and implementation of legal requirements;
Advise the company's management on accounting, tax and financial issues.

Important abilities and skills:
Higher education in finance, accounting or economics;
At least 3 years of experience as a chief accountant, financier or similar;
Good knowledge of legal acts regulating financial and tax accounting and the ability to apply them;
Knowledge of legal acts regulating payroll accounting;
Ability to lead a team, plan its activities and develop employees;
Ability to independently organize work and make decisions;
Responsibility, diligence, analytical thinking and result orientation;
Good skills in working with accounting programs and MS Excel;
Ability to effectively manage a large flow of information.
